Patrick Shore has successfully applied his creative intellectual capital and high-energy work ethic in leading a wide variety of successful business solutions spanning telecommunications, health care, entertainment, financial services, government, consulting, manufacturing, and technology organizations. He brings real world practical experience in providing leadership strategies, organization alignment, financial management, talent development, technology evolution, and business process re-engineering to achieve exceptional business results.

	Tom Gerrity - Solution Manager Tom Gerrity brings more than 30 years of business solution experience to his position at IntelliThink LLC. Tom is a highly effective problem solver who focuses on not only an immediate or specific issue, but also on creating a lasting framework for long-term success of the organization. Tom gained his experience working in almost every aspect of Information Technology. He has led groups engaged in traditional business system development, high availability systems (E911), artificial intelligence systems, technical and business architecture development, strategic planning and technology management. He has led organizations of up to 85 people, often spread across multiple locations.

	Heather Turiello - Solution Manager Heather Turiello is a results-driven professional, specializing in program development and performance management. With more than 15 years of professional experience as a strategic thinker, she is able to maintain a keen sense of organizational issues, strategies and goals while implementing effective programs. Heather is a seasoned strategic planner who has developed excellent current state assessment and analytical skills that help her bridge the gap between assessment and an executable strategic plan. Years of experience with highly regarded consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies allow her to bring rich experience in process mapping, program definition and performance management (both human and organizational) to each endeavor.
